English Skills Development English skills development is the basic point of learning English and it also includes the four skills development such as Reading Skill, Speaking Skill, Listening Skill, and Writing Skill. Learning English; the four skills are very important to practice grammar. The teacher often use mainly speaking and listening techniques for grammar practice, but comprehension techniques give students more control and more time to think to work out the meaning of sentences and short text when they read, and time to recall and plan language when they write. In order to strengthen the four skills; Reading Skill we should learn to read a lot through teacher, foreigners and learn to pronounce each word clearly and correctly with the phonetic symbols, stress including the weak form and strong form. To develop Listening Skill we have to practice listen a lot, learn accent of each foreigner and have to pronounce English as well as the British English and American English. Otherwise, you still meet the difficulty in listening it. To promote Writing Skill we have to know vocabulary, structures grammar and the basic of general knowledge and the last one in order to promote Speaking Skill students should know vocabulary and structure well, should be brave to speak as much as possible, and should not speak your language in class and take opportunity to talk with a native speaker.
